PA Funding Requirements

FEMA offers assistance to eligible applicants, including state and territorial governments, tribal governments, local governments, and private nonprofit organizations. Eligible applicants include federally recognized Indian Tribal governments, Alaska Native villages and organizations, counties, municipalities, school districts, and special districts. Private nonprofit organizations providing critical services like education and emergency medical care are also eligible. However, certain ineligible services are not included in the eligible services list.
