  • Consider alternative locations and actions,     consult with SHPO or THPO for historic properties, review for endangered     species, identify environmental justice concerns, comply with floodplain     and wetland regulations, obtain Clean Water Act certifications and     permits, and coordinate with other federal agencies.
  • Provide detailed information, submit supporting     documentation, obtain necessary permits, share pre-existing permits,     document correspondence, and adhere to permit conditions to expedite the     EHP compliance review process. ​
