To be eligible for PA funding, work must be required as a result of the disaster. The Applicant’s engineer survey reports, while providing descriptions of the deteriorated state of the bridge, do not provide specificity into the nature of the cause of the damage. The maintenance work orders provided are limited, and only document the maintenance issues presented, and do not show what work was done to repair the bridge. The Applicant’s documentation does not substantiate that the work done to repair damage to the Facility was required as a result of the disaster.
The Applicant has not demonstrated that the work was required as a result of the disaster. This appeal is denied.
