To be eligible for PA funding, work must be required as the result of the declared incident, and the applicant must demonstrate that damage was caused directly by the declared incident. The Applicant did not provide documentation to support its claim of damage or demonstrate that it was caused as a result of the declared incident.

FEMA finds that the Applicant did not provide documentation to support its claim that damage was directly caused by the declared incident or that work is required as a result of the disaster. Therefore, this appeal is denied.
