Eligible emergency work includes emergency protective measures to save lives and protect public health and safety. This may include providing emergency medical care when required as a direct result of the disaster.

FEMA finds the Applicant did not demonstrate that the cardiac monitors and related accessories were related to an eligible emergency protective measure in response to COVID-19. Therefore, this appeal is denied.
