Medical care related to treatment of a non-COVID-19 illness or injury in a primary medical care facility is not eligible. Here, the Applicant has not provided documentation to substantiate its statements that it incurred the claimed costs to perform eligible emergency work in response to COVID-19.

CONCLUSION

FEMA finds the claimed costs were not directly tied to the performance of eligible emergency protective measures in response to COVID-19.
