Work Eligible Policy, C(4)(g) allows assistance to eligible PA applicants for the purchase of PPE for first responders. The Applicant’s dive equipment is not comparable to PPE described in the Work Eligible Policy that eliminates or mitigates an immediate threat from COVID-19.

The Applicant has not demonstrated that it used the diving equipment in response to an immediate threat resulting from COVID-19. Therefore, this appeal is denied.
