FEMA will reimburse applicants and grantees for reasonable administrative costs to perform eligible PA activities if those costs are properly tracked, documented, and directly chargeable to a PW for a specific project. The Applicant provided a more detailed list of tasks performed that provided a level of detail that allowed FEMA to determine which activities were directly attributable to PW 1134.

FEMA has determined the Applicant demonstrated that $23,718.75 in DAC is eligible for PA funding. Therefore, the second appeal is partially granted in that amount.
