The Applicant is required to identify and report all of its incident-related impacts to FEMA within 60 days of the RSM. FEMA may extend the deadline to identify and report the impacts if the applicant submits a request with justification based on extenuating circumstances beyond the recipient’s or applicant’s control. The Applicant has not identified any inaccurate information from FEMA that would justify a delay and has not demonstrated the existence of extenuating circumstances beyond its control.
FEMA finds the Applicant has not demonstrated the existence of extenuating circumstances beyond its control justifying an extension of the 60-day deadline to identify and report all incident-related impacts to FEMA.
