: Broward County (Applicant) submitted its first appeal of FEMA’s deobligation of funding under Project Worksheet (PW) 3480 (Version 4) beyond the 60 day timeframe required by 44 C.F.R. § 206.206(c)(1). Consequently, because the Applicant’s appeal rights lapsed, Section 705(c) of the Stafford Act is not applicable.
